Company OverviewOur business started in mid-1956 as a small typesetting company in New York. As business grew, customer requests encouraged the expansion into offset printing. Pre-press, press, and bindery equipment were acquired, along with a capable, highly-skilled and dedicated staff. Today, Alvin J. Bart and Sons, Inc. owns and occupies a 165,000 square foot building in Brooklyn, New York with more than 200 employees, many of whom have been with the company for 38 years or more.In 1987, in order to service a major account that relocated to the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, A.J. Bart, Inc. opened its second fully equipped printing facility. This operation has grown to fill 105,000 square feet with a capable staff of 135 employees, including a sales force of fourteen ready and eager to serve our customers. The teams at both Alvin J. Bart and Sons in New York and A.J. Bart Inc., Dallas, are very proud of what we have accomplished. We continue to give our customers hands-on management with a "can-do" attitude on everyone's part. |
