Job Description

InGenesis is seeking a Help Desk Coordinator to work with our corporate office. In this role, you will provide support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues for a remote workforce.

This is a remote opportunity for the ideal candidate that resides in or near San Antonio, TX.

Job Responsibilities
  • Configure, install, and support desktop computers, laptop computers, handheld devices, printers, monitors, portable data storage devices, and other general peripherals.
  • Develop end-user documentation and instructions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines as needed.
  • Provide technical support for applications, hardware, and other general resources to end users.
  • Track and update the movement of all IT assets.
  • Re-image computers, as needed, and deploys new equipment to end users.
  • Respond to telephone, email and online requests for technical support.
  • Travel to the corporate office, as needed, to prepare equipment to be shipped, asset management, troubleshooting, etc.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of an Associates Degree or equivalent in an Information Technology field.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Flexible to change and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
