Senior Flexonics Pathway is the leader in the engineering and manufacture of high-quality expansion joints, damper products, and fabric expansion joints. What does the job involve?

Receive, store, issue and inventory supplies, hand tools, weld wire, materials and equipment; maintain minimum quantities of stock items at all times; by performing the following duties.

What will my responsibilities include?

1. Issues supplies, tools and equipment to workers and maintain records of items issued and returned.
2. Checks weld wire in/out and monitors log for accuracy and completeness.
3. Receives, unpacks and stores incoming supplies, tools and equipment. Verifies actual quantities of items listed on packing slip.
4. Places restocking orders weekly to maintain minimum inventory levels.

5. Monitors trends in part usage and works with Purchasing to optimize re-order points for ready made items such as cover clips.
6. Keeps Tool Room secure and storage cabinets locked.

1. Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of tools and equipment. Marks and Identifies tools and equipment.
2. Maintains Tool Room in a clean and orderly manner.
3. Make product tags in accordance with job specifications.
4. Inspects tools and equipment for defects and wear, reports damage to manager.
5. Identifies and reports slow moving supplies and tools and, with approval arranges for removal of obsolete supplies and tools.
6. Operate forklift truck on an as needed basis.
7. Enters orders into M2M.
8. Other duties as assigned.

What qualifications should I have?

1. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
2. Proficient computer and software skills plus a working knowledge of M2M.
3. Sufficient physical strength and agility to pack, unpack and lift cartons weighing 30 pounds repetitively. Able to be on feet for extended periods of time.
4. Visual acuity sufficient to read packing slips, labels and maintain inventory records.
5. Tact and human relations skills in dealing with employees, management and sales personnel.
6. Must be detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities.
