Job Summary

We are seeking a Structural Project Manager to join our Buildings Sector team in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and engineering of complex projects, from schematic design through to construction administration.

  • Work collaboratively with Architects and other engineering disciplines.

  • Direct Design Engineers and BIM Modelers and serve as Project Engineer under the supervision of the Project Manager or Principal Engineer.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field

  • BS in Architectural/Civil Engineering with emphasis in structural engineering.

  • Licensed PE (Texas) or ability to be licensed within 1 year.

  • 4-10 years of experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong understanding of structural analysis and technical design of complex buildings.

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, working overtime when necessary.

  • Experienced with structural analysis software such as Risa, Etabs, and Concept.

  • Experience with REVIT a plus.

  • Strong appreciation for Architecture.

  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
