Job Description: Vaco is seeking an experienced Interim Controller with a CPA designation to join our team and work with our client. This role will involve managing month-end close processes, financial reporting, and working with large ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Manage internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Utilize expertise in large ERP systems to optimize financial processes and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation required.
- years of experience in accounting, with a focus on month-end close and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial analysis.
- Experience working with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
