Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly reconciliations including cash and other balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple veterinary practices.
- Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and internal financial analysis.
- Prepare for upcoming system changes including automation of revenue, implementation of Workday Payroll, and transition to Workday GL.
- Facilitate the transition from iLeasePro to CoStar for lease accounting.
- Maintain strong communication with team members and adapt to organizational changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Extensive experience with Income Statement and Balance Sheet management.
- Proficiency in US GAAP and accrual-basis accounting.
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and internal financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with large ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Sage Intacct (GL).
