Essential Functions

This position is responsible for providing engine painting services for the Power System Division and respond to customer needs in a positive, caring and timely manner. Must also build rapport with customers through technical expertise and quality service on equipment so that service value is achieved.

Requirements

This position requires a self-motivated, thoughtful individual with a high energy level who is able to work alone or with others in a shop environment

  • Must have at least 3 years of painting experience in an oil field or industrial setting which includes paint prep, sanding, sand-blasting and washing of equipment required
  • Must be capable of performing complex painting services in a correct manner
  • May involve some minor assembly of painted components
  • Must adhere to safety guidelines
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team or individual
  • Must have a steady work history
  • Able to lift 60-lbs., approximately 15 times a day
  • Able to stand, and walk for extended periods during the work day
  • Able to bend and reach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent attendance required
  • Must be able to work in a shop environment

Other Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver license
  • High school diploma or GED
