About this job

As an Associate Client Manager - Analytics & Insights, you are responsible for driving timely client outcomes and customer value through data and analytics which drive the overall customer experience and elevate NIQs performance.

This role delivers thought leadership and quality analysis-based recommendations on client specific business issues with a focus on identifying client opportunities.You must be highly analytical, experienced with data-pulling and client facing.

Associates work successfully across a matrixed organization structure, fully leveraging the service model.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Managers to understand customer objectives that drive business impact and maximize client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity.
  • Understand andleverage NielsenIQ solutionsand apply industry knowledge toconduct advanced issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations.
  • Develop a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facing.
  • Drivestrategic thought leadershipwith customers leveraging NielsenIQ tools and assets.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on outcome.
  • Lead client presentations with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations
  • Ensure client stakeholders buy into outcomes and value NielsenIQ is delivering to them.
  • Identify potential revenue opportunities with customers by showcasing new data sources via Thought Leadership and recommending advanced solutions, where applicable.

You are comfortable working with complex customer relationships and issue resolution. You are creative in leveraging existing data sources to answer tough questions. You work collaboratively, part of a remote team within a challenging and matrixed environment, while maintaining high standards. You have strong time management skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.

  • College/University Undergraduate or master's degree
  • Prior experience withNielsenIQ solutions
  • Collaborating with teams and working in a matrixed environment
  • Time management & prioritization
  • Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency inBI Toolsa plus(PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated strength in data analysis & working withSyndicated, Panel, POS data(NielsenIQ, IRI, Kantar, Numerator to name a few)
  • 2-3 years ofCPG/Retailindustry experience preferr
