The ASPIRE Intern Program is designed to immerse you in a team environment from which you will gain hands-on experience, knowledge, mentorship, and professional skills that will catapult your career. You will work daily within your host team as well as participate in weekly fun and insightful activities created specifically for our intern cohort. Your program will conclude with the presentation of your final project presented to our executives by you and a representative from your host team.
Program Details and Requirements:
  • Intern program hosted June 3rd, 2024 - August 8th, 2024 located in Plano, TX (remote eligible).
  • Interns will have an opportunity to earn income while at Forescout and will be paid $20 per hour for a maximum of 30 hours per week for the duration of the program.
  • Must be at least a junior in college or equivalent trade or technical school.
  • Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher (and be able to provide their transcript)
  • Must live in the location of the internship opportunity.
What you will gain from this internship:
The intern will work directly with the Forescout global sales team. They will gain an understanding of GTM strategies, prospecting activities, building a sales pipeline, and learning the sales tech stack.
The day-to-day:
Build Territory Accounts in Groove to enable prospecting activities for the global sales reps
  • Learn tech stack (Salesforce (SFDC), Groove, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Pull territory account lists from SFDC
  • Schedule meetings with individual reps to verify lists and focus titles
  • Compile prospect info from Zoominfo and LI Navigator
  • Consolidate info and build accounts in Groove

SFDC cleanup of duplicate contacts
  • Reconcile and clean up contacts in Salesforce to remove duplicates and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to identify and merge duplicate contacts effectively
Truly Required Skills:
  • Proficient and professional communication skills on email, phone/zoom and Teams chat
  • Strong project management skills to proactively work with sales reps to complete projects
  • Ability to manage several tasks at the same time
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
Nice to have Skills:

  • Experience using Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator, or Groove
