JOB PURPOSE:

Under the supervision of the Director of Operational Growth, the Senior Pricing Analyst will be responsible for developing requirements analysis, competitive pricing, and proposal development to position the organization to successfully compete for local, state, and federal grants and contracts solicitations. The Senior Pricing Analyst will coordinate closely with all Senior Directors in developing pricing for Cost Plus Contracts, Firm Fixed Price Contracts, Time and Material Contracts, and all other contractual and grant vehicles which Endeavors may bid on. The core responsibility of this position is leading the engagement and collaboration with proposal and capture management teams across Endeavors four market segments to effectively shape, develop, prepare, review and submit cost /price proposals which align with current business strategies.

The ideal Senior Pricing Analyst should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, ability to collect, organize, model, analyze, audit, and present financial data from disparate sources. Should also possess knowledge of private, public, and government contract and grant requirements.

In-person in San Antonio or Remote. If Remote, must be able to work from home in a private space and/or transition to an on-site location for training and team meetings. Travel for in-person job training may be periodically, as well as travel for division and corporate events or all staff meetings.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze technical, management and price requirements for targeted opportunities.

  • Prepare structured price models for the collection, analysis, and updating of proposal price elements.

  • Develop bases of estimate and risk models for prime- and sub-provided services, labor and other direct costs/prices.

  • Conduct and present competitive price assessments for all significant technical requirements.

  • Prepare, review, adjust, audit and prepare for submission price workbooks, narrative justifications, and associated business-related proposal artifacts.

  • Establish pricing of Endeavors Services within current solicitations working with the proposal development team and Senior Leaders.

  • Analyzes proposals and prepares price/cost analysis based on available information, technical and independent judgment and research, assessing cost realism and the reasonableness, allowability and allocability of proposed costs.

  • Maintains awareness of economic conditions, business trends, inflation rates, etc. applying that knowledge to the analysis performed.

  • Develop enterprise wide pricing methodologies utilized for a variety of contract types.

  • Coordinate with Endeavors Fiscal and Accounting team to establish processes and procedures for pricing methodologies and correct cost assumptions for each line of service.

  • Provide training and technical assistance to all Endeavors Senior Directors on how pricing is completed and validated. Coordinate closely with Senior Directors for accurate and successful pricing strategies.

  • Other duties as assigned

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Operational needs may require occasional evenings or weekend attendance. Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs.
