Job Description:
Vaco Client is seeking a highly skilled Interim Workday Payroll SME to join our team. As an interim member, you will play a crucial role in resolving issues, providing detailed configuration support, and ensuring a successful rollout of Workday Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize significant Workday payroll configuration experience to address and resolve complex issues.
- Provide detailed documentation and training to support both payroll and HR departments.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for complex modeling tasks, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday HCM (HR) in addition to Workday Payroll.
- Previous exposure to organizational change management within a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in situations involving conflict and change.
- A servant heart approach, focusing on problem-solving and driving results.
