As a Regional Wealth Management Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan in support of North American Client Group (NACG) sales goals and covering a defined territory as the sole wholesaler; partnering with other key territory stakeholders to ensure comprehensive territory coverage of advisors. You will work independently to create relationships and drive sales to raise and retain assets primarily through virtual interactions and strategic in person interactions with financial advisors; identify advisors' business practice needs and their clients' needs.

  • You can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of investment selection and analysis, asset allocation, and portfolio construction methodology and ability to apply it to advisors in this market.
  • You have a working knowledge of technology used to develop and provide analyses, as well as hold virtual meetings and presentations.
  • You understand proficient retirement plan terminology as well as the marketplace, including ERISA, and the various platforms, including advisor-sold investment only (IO).
  • You have strong communication, relationship building, and consultative selling skills
  • You hold an SIE and Series 7 and 66 registrations or equivalent
  • You hold a bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of sales experience is preferred


In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
