Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

* Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and zeal to improve technical skills.

* Must possess Strong Analyzing, Designing, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills

* Have Exposure to complete software life cycle from client requirement analysis to delivery.

* Have a good customer handling skill.

* Experience in managing & performing Builds & deployment

* Accustomed to working in a fast-paced timeframe, goal-oriented environment and able to deliver under pressure and time constraints.

* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Roles/Responsibilities

* At least 8 years of experience with Programming as Full Stack Engineer in React, Java, Springboot based project.

* Expertise in Core Java 8 and above

* Expertise in Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Data-JPA

* Knowledge on Pega/Drools Business Rule Engine

* Expertise in Oracle/Postgres/MySQL

* Good experience in MongoDB

* Expertise on building web components using React

* Deep knowledge in SQL, Hibernate, Maven, Jenkins

* Good Knowledge in Microservices architecture and patterns

* Knowledge in Cloud/Container technologies Docker, Kubernetes / Openshift, AWS knowledge is a plus.

* Knowledge of Spring Cloud is a plus

* Experience in working with Agile Methodologies. Scrum or Kanban

* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

* Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

* Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

* Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript

* Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

* Knowledge of micro frontend React is a plus

* Familiarity with RESTful APIs

* Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

* Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

* Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

* A knack for benchmarking and optimization

* Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $43,900 to $133,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
