Job Description:

The use of ServiceNow continues to expand. Configuration, maintenance, and patching of the infrastructure and within SNOW instances will be a growing career field for years to come. This position requires general UNIX and some WINDOWS system administration skills, but it can also be your springboard to learning new ServiceNow technology. System administration of the ServiceNow platform itself involves customization of functionality and integration of system upgrades. ServiceNow certification would be beneficial as there are regular updates with new features that will be utilized. Proficiency in JavaScript, workflows and other web technologies is a big plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Fifteen (15) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Six (6) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required.
• Four (4) years of experience with ServiceNow Technology platform is required.
• Two (2) years' experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications is required.

Certifications Required:

• ServiceNow System Administrator certification is required
• ITIL 4 platform certification is required.
• Requires DoD 8570 compliance Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
